What is Lincs Big Bash? Lincs Big Bash is a family-friendly music festival held from July 4th to 7th, 2025, at Scholey Park, Lincolnshire. It features world-class tribute acts, comedy, local talent, and activities for all ages.
Where is the festival held? The festival is hosted at Scholey Park, LN4 4PD, just 4 miles from the village of Woodhall Spa.
What are the festival dates and times? (Subject to change)

Friday, July 4th: Arena open from Midday to Midnight, local performances and Main Stage Performances from 12 PM.
Saturday, July 5th: Full festival day from 11:30 AM to Midnight.
Sunday, July 6th: Full festival day from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
Monday, July 7th: Morning departure for campers.

What can I expect at the festival? Enjoy live tribute performances, a children’s area, a funfair, food vendors, silent disco, and firework finales!

Where can I buy tickets? Tickets are available on our official website and through ShowSlinger.
Are tickets refundable? Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. All refund policies are outlined on our website.
Are children allowed? Yes, Lincs Big Bash is family-friendly—children four and under enter for free with a paying adult.

We offer one (1) General Admission companion ticket, free of charge, to provide the support you need and additional assistance during the event. We will require evidence before issuing a Carer ticket. It is recommended you first purchase your ticket and then email us at dave@erraeevents.co.uk with your disability evidence. Accepted forms include:

Proof of middle or higher rate Disability Living Allowance
Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance
BD8/CVI Certificate or a letter from an eye specialist
Letter from a GP, community nurse, social worker, or consultation letter that confirms long-term disability and need for support

Is camping available? Yes, on-site camping is available at Scholey Park. Facilities include toilets, showers, and water taps.
Are campervans or motorhomes allowed? Yes, we have designated areas for campervans and motorhomes. Booking is required.
Can I park near my tent? No, parking is separate from the camping area. It’s a short walk, and stewards will be on hand to assist. We recommend bringing a trolley or backpack for gear.
Are there hotels nearby? Nearby accommodations include Woodhall Spa, Tattershall, and Horncastle. Check our "Finding Us" page for more details.

Will there be food and drink available? Various food vendors will offer a wide range of cuisine, along with bars serving alcoholic beverages.
Can I bring my food and drinks? Yes, you can bring your own food into the campsite (but not the main arena). There are no strict limits, and bringing enough for your group to have breakfast and supper is absolutely fine.
Can I cook at my tent? Yes, gas camping stoves are allowed for personal use. Please use them safely and keep them away from tents and flammable materials. Open fires and disposable BBQs are not permitted.
Are there vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options? Yes, many food vendors will cater to dietary needs.
Can I bring alcohol? Yes, you may bring alcohol into the camping area. We don’t impose strict limits, but we ask that you drink responsibly and respect your fellow campers. No alcohol is allowed in the main arena, and bag checks will be in place.
Can I bring glass? Glass is strongly discouraged anywhere on site. Please bring cans where possible and decant drinks into plastic containers.

Is the event accessible for those with disabilities? Yes, we provide accessible parking, toilets, and support for carers.
Can I bring my dog to Lincs Big Bash? No, dogs are not permitted except registered assistance dogs, which are welcome in all areas.

What acts are performing? The festival features top tribute acts like Taylor Swift, Coldplay, and Ed Sheeran, local talent, and a silent disco. Check our website for the full line-up.
Is there a schedule of performances? Performance schedules will be finalised closer to the event date.
What other activities are available? Enjoy a funfair, a children’s area, a KidsZone, comedy marquee, walkabout performers, and stalls showcasing local businesses and charities.

Is there parking available? Yes, on-site parking is available for both day visitors and campers. Parking passes must be purchased in advance.
Can I leave my car overnight? Yes, vehicles may remain in the parking area overnight, but only if you are camping. Day visitors must leave.

Is the festival safe for families? Lincs Big Bash is a family-friendly festival with on-site security, stewards, and medical staff.

Can I volunteer at the festival? Yes! Volunteers receive free weekend passes. Email dave@erraeevents.co.uk to apply.
What roles are available for volunteers? Roles include helping with ticketing, parking, children’s activities, stewarding, and more.

Are pets allowed? No, pets are not permitted, except for assistance dogs.
What happens if it rains? The festival will go ahead, rain or shine. Please dress appropriately and bring waterproof gear.
